Project Manager
Dublin - Hybrid
Our Dublin based client seeks a flexible Project Manager to join their team – Client is expecting a need for further part time Project Managers from October 2024 onwards
Once you are Ireland based and happy to attend Dublin meetings approx once per fortnight, a lot of the work can be done remotely.
You will be working with clients across a diverse range of industries and sectors across Education, Events & Design.

They are seeking motivated and innovative Project Managers to take ownership, manage and lead on projects, programmes or campaigns on a flexible basis. You will work alongside a team that delivers national and award-winning initiatives.
This role will provide the opportunity to develop creative, organisational, administrative and project management skills, as one of the key points of contact managing relationships with, as well as between, our clients and target audience.
The hours will be flexible and vary depending on project needs/size with flexible & hybrid arrangements available to include some scheduled in office team days at the Dublin head office. For these roles, we are open to discussing part time hours, remote working, flexible start, and finish times etc. At time of application, let us know your ideal availability in terms of hours per week and we’ll do our best to match your skill set with the right size project.

· Project coordination and administration
· Stakeholder and supplier liaison
· Experience of Digital/Social Marketing would be advantageous
Key Job Responsibilities:
Please note the following list is non-exhaustive.
· Development and implementation of project deliverables, dependent on the project type, but may include:
o Communication and marketing campaigns including digital campaigns, large-scale mail outs, calls and emails
o Project content such as video, print, website, promotional material, etc
o Project offerings and packages such as workshops, bursaries, on-site visits, PR efforts, etc
o Event preparation and liaise with event department to create timeline to events (if a component of your project)
o Working with the wider team, suppliers and specialist contributors including graphic design department
o Regular reporting and evaluation of the project
· Liaison with facilitators, stakeholders, colleagues and clients
· Working with Head of Department:
o Creative solutions for the development and growth of the project
o Elevate issues, queries, observations and solutions to them as appropriate
· Create and manage project budgets and timelines
· Research, analyse and investigate project-related information and trends
· Create and maintain project records and databases to a high standard, in accordance with GDPR legislation
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €36,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 12 – 28 per week
