Job Description:
Our Fermoy based client is looking for a proactive Logistics Coordinator to join their team of 4, ensuring smooth and accurate processing, scheduling, and monitoring of customer orders and deliveries. This role offers a competitive salary, with some flexibility available after 6 months of training.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management
Receive, review, and schedule customer orders.
Confirm order details and upload jobs into the Transport Management System (TMS).
Customer Communication & Documentation
Liaise with customers to gather required documentation and job-specific details.
Keep customers and management informed on order progress, delays, or issues.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement of planning operations.
Shipment & Delivery Monitoring
Track incoming shipments and ensure delivery schedules are met.
Coordinate with customers and team members to manage rescheduling due to delays.
Monitor daily deliveries and report any issues to management.
