A newly created position offering the chance to join a growing commercial team. As Key Account Operations Lead, you’ll support senior managers with data insights, tender preparation, and account performance analysis. You’ll help shape strategy, improve customer outcomes, and provide the operational backbone that keeps key accounts running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse market and customer data to support growth strategies
Review existing contracts and customer activity to identify opportunities
Use data to forecast trends and highlight risks or emerging opportunities
Develop tailored recommendations on product mix, pricing, and account strategy
Monitor account performance and flag changes early
Support the rollout and ongoing use of CRM systems
Assist with research, analysis, and preparation of tender submissions
Maintain centralised KPIs and produce regular performance reports
Support the development of online and e‑business tools across key accounts
Travel within Ireland for customer meetings or events when required
Who We’re Looking For

Graduate in Business, Analytics, Commerce, or similar
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear insights
Curious, proactive, and eager to take ownership
Comfortable using technology and AI tools to improve efficiency
Confident communicator, able to present information clearly
Collaborative team player
Experience with Excel, BI tools, or CRM systems is an advantage
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
