Gillian is originally from Limerick but Cork has been her home for the last 20 years. As well as running her own Training & Coaching practice, she is mum to three children – Eoin, Katie and Fionn.
Gillian has hands on experience of building and maintaining a career that’s fulfilling while working around the needs of her family. She understands the challenges that a return to work transition can bring. She also understands the ever- shifting balance that is being a working mother.
Gillian supports EmployMum and EmployFlex by providing Return to Work related workshops and individual coaching. Gillian leverages a strengths based approach – an experience that leaves clients feeling empowered, energised and looking forward.
With over 18 years experience in Training, Coaching and People Development, Gillian’s facilitation & coaching styles are personable, authentic and impactful. She has benefited from her experience in Multinationals, Small to Medium Business and the Public Sector and has rich experience in supporting her private clients.
She holds a B.A. from the University of Limerick, Diplomas in Psychology, Life & Business Coaching, Training and Development and Psychometric Assessment (15FQ and Insights Discovery). She also holds the Master Trainer Cert. from the IMI.
