Finance Administrator

Remote

Our Stephen’s Green based client are seeking a highly organised and proactive Revenue Operations Administrator to support their finance and revenue operations functions. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a remote environment.

This role is Ireland-based with monthly or bi-monthly visits to their Stephen’s Green Dublin office so you can be based anywhere in Ireland as long as you’re happy to travel to Dublin for an odd day trip or 2 per month.

This role could suit an experienced bookkeeper or Accountant who is keen to work in a remote first role.

Key Responsibilities

Manage monthly client invoicing and reconciliation (via automated systems, with review)
Oversee accounts receivable, including credit control
Liaise with external accountant and support month-end processes
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Serve as the primary owner of their subscription management platform (Maxio; training provided)
Process employee expense claims and reimbursements
Assist external accountants with monthly and year-end financial reporting
Ensure all customer records and contracts are current and accurate
Support general administrative tasks as needed
Help with logistics and planning for occasional marketing events or team meetings
Provide ad-hoc support to operations and commercial teams
Requirements

Previous experience in an accounting, finance, or administrative role
Strong understanding of basic accounting and invoicing procedures
Proficient in accounting software such as Xero (or similar), Excel, and Google Workspace
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and tasks independently
Comfortable working remotely with occasional in-person meetings in Dublin
Desirable Experience

Background in a startup or SaaS environment
Familiarity with Revenue Online Service (ROS)
Interest or experience in event coordination and logistics
Experience supporting external audits
