At Employmum, we are all about finding flexible work for our candidates and matching our clients with flexible roles to high calibre , experienced people who can get the job done. With our 93% success rate in matching clients to the right people, we are doing something right!
As part of our services, we are supported by a panel of coaches who can assist our candidates where needs be to regain their mojo to re-enter to workplace or pivot in their career to find a more flexible position.
We also run workshops across Ireland to help women re-enter the workplace – this is our way of supporting a wider audience of candidates who are registered with Employmum and to give back in some small way. These workshops are free and we are delighted to be supported by Bank of Ireland on this initiative
Employmum also support and facilitate returnships – returnships are like internships but for women returning to the work place.
We are delighted to be involved with DePuy Synthe’s #REIGNITE programme which launched this week, taking two new candidates on board for their 4 month returnship programme.
