A friendly, outgoing, honest personality and a full clean driving licence with a car are essential requirements

Our Cork based charity seek a part time flexible co-ordinator to join their team. This role will be fully commission based, will involve driving around Munster (mostly Cork & Kerry), is very flexible in terms of when the hours are done, and the hours could be completed in approx. 8-10 days per month – 2 days on the road and a half day in the Cork city office doing admin.

If successful, you will be responsible for collecting charity collection boxes across stores, retailers and various businesses across Cork & Kerry as well as collecting and counting the money in the head office in Cork city on a regular basis.

The previous coordinator made a very competitive salary for approx 9 days work per month.

Key Responsibilities:

 Plan out routes that maximise income and efficient use of time and resources when

collecting boxes

 Ensure that boxes are collected in a timely manner

 Collect full collection boxes when notified by the office to do so

 Write receipts for each box collected

 Engage and communicate with shop owners to get new box placements and

subsequently build relationships

 Bring full boxes back to the office, counting them and documenting the amounts in

each box along with box codes

Liaising with the fundraising team at head office.
