Our Limerick city based client (a Limerick city based accountancy practice) is seeking a finance professional to join their team to support some of their larger clients. The role is a Financial Outsourcing Specialist and will be approx 24 hrs per week.

The client is a very exciting growing brand in the agri-business arena.

The 45k-48k salary is based on full time rate so will be pro rated accordingly.

The duties will include;

 Raise & issue Sales Invoices to Clients promptly & accurately.
 Receive Payments and allocate on Sales Ledger
 Control & maintenance of Creditors Ledgers
 Post invoices Promptly & accurately
 Prepare Month end payment runs
 Verify Suppliers Statements
 Deal with supplier Queries re: payment as they arise.
 Post Bank Transactions & Reconcile Bank Accounts on a weekly basis
 Process Payroll
 Post Recurring General Ledger Transactions
 Ability to work in a multi-company environment and liaise with other team
members within the group structure
 Ability to work in a time-efficient manner
 Ability to work on own initiative.
 Strong understanding of Accounting Fundamentals in particular Double-Entry
 Proficient with Microsoft Office in particular Microsoft Excel
 Experience with an established Accountancy software eg. Xero, Sage,
Quickbooks etc.
 Wide ranging experience in practice and/or industry would be advantageous
 Suitably Qualified
